Welcome to Topup Bazaar. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.

1. Service Overview

Topup Bazaar provides digital top-up services including BGMI UC, Free Fire Diamonds, and other in-game currencies. We act as an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Krafton, Tencent, Garena, or any game publisher.

2. User Responsibility

• Provide a correct and valid Player ID/UID.
• Ensure your game account is active and not banned.
• Use your own payment methods for transactions.
• Not misuse or attempt to exploit the platform.

Topup Bazaar will not be responsible for wrong deliveries caused by incorrect UID/ID provided by the customer.

3. Order & Delivery

All orders are processed instantly once payment is confirmed. Delivery time is usually 0–10 seconds, but may take a few minutes in rare cases due to high server load, game maintenance, or payment gateway delays. Once delivered successfully, orders cannot be cancelled or reversed.

4. Pricing & Changes

Prices for all top-up packages may change based on market conditions, game publisher pricing updates, or currency exchange rates. Prices may be updated without prior notice.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Eligible for Refund:

• Payment deducted but order not delivered
• Order stuck due to verified technical issue
• Duplicate payment made by mistake

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Wrong UID/ID entered by the customer
• Order already delivered successfully
• Customer changes mind after order processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Payment & Security

All payments are handled through secure gateways. Topup Bazaar does not store sensitive information such as card numbers or UPI PINs. Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may result in order cancellation or account restrictions.

7. Account Safety

We use official and safe top-up methods. Users must ensure they follow all game rules and avoid third-party hacks or suspicious activity. We are not responsible for actions taken by game publishers.

8. No Affiliation

Topup Bazaar is an independent service provider. All product names, game names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Privacy Protection

We respect your privacy. Any information you share (such as UID/ID or contact details) is used only for order processing and support. We do not sell, share, or misuse customer data.

10. Changes to Terms

Topup Bazaar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
